Ione Veterans Memorial Park

On the northwest corner of Main Street and Preston Avenue, this park was built to honour our veterans. The memorial wall represents veterans from the greater Ione area who have served in the military, and current servicemen and women are honoured here too. There is no charge to place a name at the park — the project is funded entirely by donations.
