Sage & Tansy was founded by mother-daughter team, Jenny and Molly Upchurch. Jenny and Molly have enjoyed dancing through life together, and share a fierce love for all things natural and holistic. They dreamed of creating a special place in their small town where people could gather and heal, and in 2019, Sage & Tansy was born. The studio’s name was inspired by essential oils, which are one of Jenny and Molly’s favorite wellness tools. Over the years, Sage & Tansy has evolved based on the needs of the community and the expertise of the staff.
