Ione Parlor No. 33 of the Native Sons of the Golden West is a fraternal organization devoted to preserving California history and historic sites. The Parlor bought its Main Street building in 1884 and has met there ever since. The building dates to 1854 and was a hardware store downstairs with a dance hall above; a state historical marker out front was dedicated in 1967.
